Lacs de Fenêtre (CH), 26 July 2008

A sunny Saturday. Me, Aśka, Luis and Zwonimir (poor Ewa stays in Kraków), we go to Val Ferret - a valley in the Mont Blanc massif. We initially decide to reach the pass Fenêtre de Ferret from where one can see the famous pass Col Gd. St. Bernard. However, we have to change our plans...

Arriving to Lacs de Fenêtre, we have to change our destination. Luis, with his appearance resembling Jesus' face, attracts a large group of pilgrims. We have to deceive them and face to Col du Bastillon.

Glacier d'Aletsch (CH), 25 May 2008

Glacier Aletsch seen from Hohfluh

Znów odgrzewane kotlety, ale to juz chyba stanie sie tradycją. No żywcem nie ma czasu, żeby przygotować fotki...
Już po raz któryś z kolei spacer w pobliże Aletsch - największego lodowca w Alpach. Aletsch spływa z czubka Jungfrau i jak na razie ma jeszcze około 23km długości. Tu też Spencer Tucker swoich golasów fotografował. Niestety znów nie udało się nam podejść do samego lodowca ze względu na masy zalegającego jeszcze śniegu i bajoro w butach. No ale z drugiej strony dzięki temu prawie nikt sie tam nie kręcił. A więc cisza, spokój i ani jednego japończyka.
